For first-time clients, plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to find the office and talk through your intake form.

If you are a regular client, please keep me updated. I need to know about changes in your medical history (injuries, surgeries, new medications, illnesses, etc.)

A 24-hour cancelation notice is required *. A "No-Call-No-Show" will be charged the full-service price regardless of the reason.

* NOTE: If you aren't feeling healthy, TEXT ME as soon as possible. I'll get you rescheduled with no penalty.

This is your time to relax and escape. When giving a massage, I (Kirstin) tend to be quiet. If you feel like chatting, I am happy to chat. However, most clients prefer to listen to music or a podcast and relax; please feel comfortable doing so. Many massage clients even fall asleep.

*NOTE*

I am a human and naturally pretty gregarious. If, for some reason, you get me talking about my daughter or my goats, I might forget myself and start rambling (I mean, GOATS! It's hard not to talk about their antics). If my chatting annoys you, let me know. Just say, "I'd like to zone out now" (or something to that effect. I PROMISE I'll understand and won't be even a little offended.

I am always happy to get feedback and make special accommodations for clients. Please feel free to communicate with me at any point during the massage. Perhaps you would like an extra blanket, or the music is too loud. It is my goal to make you as comfortable as I possibly can.

In case of a Portland/Beaverton weather advisory, we may need to reschedule your massage. I tend to decide to cancel clients if the local schools are closed. Massage Naturally (my studio) is located on the Sylvan Hill; if Portland has snow, I will have snow and ice at my office. I will not charge you a cancellation fee if you feel safer canceling your massage on a “snow day.” My safety and your safety are more important than a massage.

Respect Massage

I do not ever provide massages of an inappropriate or illegal nature. This is a ZERO tolerance policy. If a client behaves or speaks in an inappropriate way, the massage session will end immediately with full payment due.

Police may be notified.
