A Targeted Area Massage is focused on a specific issue. Great for regular sessions to deal with trouble spots. Examples include shoulders, neck, low back, knee, hip, or TMJD. *Note: this message is ONLY available to already-established clients.

A Young Athlete Therapeutic Massage is focused on people under 18. Appointment includes additional consultation time. Plan on being at the studio for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Massage time is 30 minutes.
